Color varies from one to another and inconsistencies in the dye are normal and make the piece special. These ultra soft fleece shorts feature a thick elastic waistband that allows for stretchy flexibility without compromising secuirty in the waist. We also added an a drawstring to the waist for a little extra synching when needed to minimzie any potential gaping. Wray wears XS True to size
