Mini dress in sequined mesh. V-neck and wrapover front with concealed hook-and-eye fastener. Narrow elastic at back of waist, wide ties at one side of waist, and narrow, concealed ties at other side of waist. Gathered, forward-facing shoulder seams, shoulder pads, and long sleeves. Jersey lining.
