Add it after applying eye shadow, and apply mascara last. Apply the Eye and Lip Definer on the lower or upper lash line, or both. Smudge the eyeliner with a cotton swab or a smudging brush to make the lines less harsh and give the eyes a softer look. Lips: Prep and prime lips for optimal staying power. Use it on its own or with lipstick. Layer it for additional color pay-off. Use a finger to lightly smooth everything out or apply ones choice of concealer gently around the lips and blend it with a brush to highlight the shape.
